jobHut Limited was established to work within the community with unemployed, disadvantaged or disengaged people of any age. jobHut is a bespoke development programme, delivering advice and guidance to develop each individuals skills & career needs. It is a pre-and-post job training programme which, we believe prepares people for success.
As well as working with individuals, we work with the community giving help,guidance and support to businesses through the current economic downturn.
We believe that by offering work tasters (up to four placements), it gives people the experience and insight into a career path they can choose to follow. With the programme, we then continue to work with each individual within the workplace, to gain recognised qualifications and training. This will lead to increased retention for employers and success for community businesses.
We believe that jobHut is unique. We provide a pathway that gives people the flexibility to pursue education and employment. Our programme blends employment and training opportunities. jobHut is the intentional linkage of Education, Life Skill Building and other forms of training to help open up more opportunities for employment and career paths.
Education
jobHut4Education is for young people who would like the chance to experience the world of employment and train for recognised qualifications.
Lone Parents
jobHut4Loneparents is for those returning or looking to start work and seeking to develop appropriate skills.
Disabled
jobHut4Disabled is for people wanting to return to work whilst dealing with their disability, with an employer who can meet their needs.
Work
jobHut4Work is for people who are finding their circumstances have changed after being made redundant.
